Privacy notes for people who shop at LinkSell

These notes are general and meant to be read in a few minutes. They describe the kinds of information a link shop needs, and where to turn when you have a question.

What a link shop needs to know

To run an order we need an account. That means a sign-in identity, the URLs you want links to, and the keywords or instructions you give.

If you write your own article for a placement, that text is part of the order too. It is used to publish the placement you asked for.

We keep this limited to what the shop needs to work.

Orders, balance and invoices

Your dashboard balance, your basket and the list of ordered links belong to your account. Invoices and proforma invoices are available there.

Payments happen by topping up the balance in the dashboard. We do not ask you for payment details through any other channel, and neither should anyone claiming to be us.

Treat your API key like a password.

Using the API and AI agents

If you connect the REST API or an AI assistant over MCP, the agent can see donor listings and your basket. It can fill the basket, but paying remains your own step.

Be careful about which tools you give access to. Revoke a key you no longer use.

We are not responsible for what a third-party assistant does with the data you share with it.

Publishers

If you list your own site as a publisher, the details you give about it, such as price and topics, are shown to buyers in the listing.

You approve every placement before it goes live. That decision is recorded against your account.

Payout details are handled for weekly payouts only.

Cookies and sign-in

The site may use cookies or similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember your basket. That is how the shop knows whose basket it is.

If you block them, parts of the shop may stop working. We do not use them to sell your details.

Use the browser settings to clear them whenever you wish.

Questions and changes

Use your account page to ask about your data or to ask for changes. We do not run a separate mailbox for this.

These notes may be updated as the shop changes. The date at the top of the page shows the last update.

They are general information, not legal advice, and they do not replace any rights you may have where you live. See also our terms and the about page.
