By using Linksell, connecting your Instagram account, or interacting with any of our features, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Who We Are

Linksell is a platform designed for Instagram sellers, creators, and small businesses. We help you manage orders, respond to leads, and automate product links via Instagram comments and DMs.

We are an independent SaaS tool and not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Linksell, we may collect the following:

A. Information You Provide

• Name, email, and contact details
• Business/store information
• Uploaded product images, prices, and descriptions

B. Instagram/Meta Data (via API)

When you connect your Instagram account:

• Instagram username, profile name, and profile picture
• Public comments and posts where you are mentioned
• DMs related to business queries
• Instagram Business/Page ID and permissions

We only request permissions approved by Meta to provide services. No unnecessary or sensitive data is requested.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Help you automate replies via Instagram comments (Auto DM)
• Organize leads and sales in one place
• Generate and manage product links
• Help you track performance and orders
• Improve our platform experience

We do not use your data for ad targeting or unrelated services.

4. How We Share Data

We never sell or rent your personal or business data.

We may share limited data with:

• Third-party services (like payment providers or analytics tools) — only as needed to operate our platform
• Meta/Facebook APIs — when required for automation or messaging features
• Law enforcement or government agencies — only when legally required

5. Your Control Over Data

You have full control over your data:

• Revoke Instagram Access: At any time from your Meta App settings
• Data Deletion: Email us at support@linksell.in to request full deletion of your account and data
• Update Info: You can edit or update business info inside your dashboard

6. Data Security

We take data security seriously.

• All data is stored securely with encryption
• Access is limited to authorized personnel
• We use secure APIs and HTTPS connections

However, no system is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and revoke access immediately if you suspect misuse.

7. Meta Platform Compliance

As required by Meta's Developer Policies:

• We use data only to provide features explicitly described in our app
• We do not use Meta or Instagram data for profiling or reselling
• We provide users the ability to delete their data
• We clearly describe our data practices in this policy
• We ensure secure and transparent use of automation features like Auto DMs and lead management

8. Children's Privacy

Linksell is not intended for users under 13 (or under the applicable age of consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
